West Allis Police arrest man for inappropriate contact, now looking to identify more victims
WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) --
A Milwaukee man is now charged with sexual assault after inappropriately contacting women out shopping.
“When people are out enjoying the store they shouldn’t have to put up with this type of behavior,” West Allis Deputy Chief of Police Bob Fletcher said.
24-year-old Juwan Noble is now facing four counts of fourth degree sexual assault for the inappropriate contact.
“The allegations are that this individual would thrust his pelvic region into the buttocks of these females,” Deputy Chief Fletcher said.
Police say Noble would take off after the attack.
“He wasn’t lingering around to that he would have an interaction the female,” Deputy Chief Fletcher said. “He would perform the action and then move on.”
All of the incidents happened in mid-June at the Dollar Tree on 108th Street in West Allis, Target in West Milwaukee and Kohls in Greendale at Southridge Mall.
“That is very concerning and something that nobody’s mother wife daughter or girlfriend should have to go through with while they are out in the day shopping,” Deputy Chief Fletcher said.
Four victims notified police after the attack, but after looking through surveillance video police there are at least eight more victims and are asking them to call police.
“This is the type of thing we want to know about and stop this from happening to other people,” Deputy Chief Fletcher said.
In almost all of the attacks West Allis police say Noble was wearing a long sleeve blue shirt with a Shermin Williams logo on it.
