West Allis police seek help locating missing teen

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Allis police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing teenager.
Police say 16-year-old Ciara Holloway was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black Spandex pants.
She's described as 5'1", 140 pounds, with brown eyes and bright red hair pulled back into a ponytail.
