MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- For Random Acts of Kindness Day, one hometown window washing company showed their gratitude to a local veterinarian.
Fish Window Cleaning in Hales Corners decided to wash the windows of the Hales Corners Veterinary Clinic on Friday, for free.
They braved the cold to show their appreciation for the community clinic that helps save animals, and to engage with the area they serve through an act of kindness.
"We are locally owned, so it is really important to be part of the community and be seen and support local businesses, small businesses as we are, so that we can grow the local economy and be a part of something positive," said Eda Curtis, co-owner of Fish Window Cleaning.
The franchise owner tells CBS 58 they chose the vet office because the staff helped cure one of their pets that was sick with heartworm.
