Wisconsin Black Media Association members read to children at Next Door Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Members of the Wisconsin Black Media Association took the time to read to children Monday, Feb. 10.
CBS 58's Shirley Descorbeth participated in Next Door Milwaukee's "Read with Me" volunteer program and read stories to children one-on-one.
Loved spending my morning reading to some kiddos at @NextDoorMil as part of their “Read with Me” volunteer program, along with other members of Wisconsin Black Media Association. @DRoseTV@TonyAtkinsTV@ssimsworldwide@RyanJenkins_TV@Aaron_Maybinpic.twitter.com/1MWFG9kBYj

The children were one and two years old.
The books included stories with African American characters and famous figures from African American history.
