Wisconsin ends fiscal year with $4.6 billion surplus

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin ends its fiscal year with a $4.6 billion surplus. 

Governor Tony Evers and the Department of Administration announced the numbers Tuesday, Oct. 15. 

The report also said the state's so-called "rainy day fund" sits at $1.9 billion. 

That's the largest in Wisconsin's history.
