Wisconsin Humane Society asking for fruit and berries for animals in need

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center at the Wisconsin Humane Society posted on social media requesting fruit and berries for animals in need. They made the request on Tuesday, July 8.

The center says animal babies born in springtime eat more as they grow and are searching for donations of grapes, apples, pears, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and melon. 

Donations of fruit and berries can be dropped off at the Wisconsin Humane Society at 4500 W Wisconsin Ave in Milwaukee.
