WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin State Fair's Cream Puff Spring Fling Drive-In is back for one weekend only, April 24-26, at State Fair Park in West Allis, featuring the Original Cream Puff and a first-ever Orange Dream Puff.
"It's really a Wisconsin right of passage. You have to try a cream puff if you want to consider yourself an official Wisconsinite," said Wisconsin State Fair Communications Manager Tim McCormick.
Orders can be placed in advance online or in person at The Dairy Building. Entry is through Gate 5 at 640 S. 84th St. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Early bird pricing is available through Sunday, April 19, with three-packs of Original Cream Puffs at $14 and Orange Dream Puffs at $17. Prices go up April 20.
