Wisconsin state senator facing wrongful death lawsuit

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- A Wisconsin state senator is now facing a wrongful death lawsuit. 

In July, Democratic Minority Leader Janet Bewley was involved in a deadly crash up in Ashland. 

A Pennsylvania woman and her 5-year-old daughter were killed.

Now, the woman's husband is suing Senator Bewley, another driver involved in the crash, and three other insurance companies.
