Woman Shot While in Her Front Yard

A 29-year-old Milwaukee woman was shot while she was standing in her front yard Monday night.
According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the woman was in her yard near N 67th Street and W Keefe Avenue around 10 PM when she heard shots from down the street.
She then realized that she had been shot.
The woman was transported to a local hospital where she is being treated for a non-life threatening injury.
The Milwaukee Police Department is continuing to investigate the incident.
