MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The 29-year-old man that died after a crash Wednesday night near 76th and Morgan has been identified as Dmonte Owens by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office. 

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 29-year-old man died after a crash Wednesday night near 76th and Morgan, Milwaukee police said.

The crash happened around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7 when a 21-year-old driver traveling south on 76th crashed into another vehicle, according to police.

The 29-year-old driver was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The 21-year-old driver was taken into custody, police said.

Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
