MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting that left one dead Monday, Feb. 13. 

Authorities say it happened around 5:45 p.m. near 19th and Burnham.

A 35-year-old Milwaukee man was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries. 

The second victim -an unidentified male- died from his injuries. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation.
