Man killed after shooting near 6th and Vine

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting that turned deadly near 6th Street and Vine around 11:40 p.m. on July 2.

A 38-year-old man died near the scene of the shooting on Vine Street. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Victor Banks of Milwaukee. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation, as police continue to seek unknown suspect(s).
