11-year-old collects more than 2-million pop tabs for Ronald McDonald House Charities

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An amazing update to a story we first shared with you in October of 2020.

Eleven-year-old Nolan Merfeld, one of Natalie's everyday heroes, has now collected more than 2-million pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. 

Nolan's sister was born with a heart defect that required surgery and the family stayed at a Ronald McDonald House.

Nolan started collecting tabs, paying it forward on behalf of his family.

Last year, Nolan entered Ronald McDonald's "Thanks a Million" club for his donations.
