MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Thursday, Feb. 1. 

It happened around 12:37 p.m. near Richards and Clarke. The 13-year-old was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee police continue to seek an unknown suspect.
