20-year-old dead after robbery-related shooting near 23rd and Greenfield

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 20-year-old is dead following a shooting that took place in Milwaukee on Tuesday, July 23 at around 11 p.m.

Milwaukee police say the shooting took place near 23rd and Greenfield at around 11 p.m. and appears to be related to a robbery attempt.

The victim reportedly suffered fatal gunshot injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene after responders attempted life-saving measures.
