25-year-old man killed, passenger injured in early morning crash near 65th and Main

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office is investigating a fatal car accident that occurred Friday morning, Nov. 29. 

Police say it happened around 1 a.m. near 65th and Main Street, when the 25-year-old driver lost control, collided with a tree while traveling at a high rate of speed, and was killed. According to the medical examiner's office, the driver is a man with a last known address in Chicago. 

Officials say a 32-year-old passenger was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.
