MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A second man charged in a fatal Christmas Eve shooting on Milwaukee's south side was sentenced Wednesday, Oct. 16.

Raymond King, of West Allis, was sentenced to eight years in prison followed by six years of extended supervision.

According to a criminal complaint, King was driving the vehicle that the alleged shooter, Omarion Danielson, was firing shots from on the evening of Dec. 24, 2022.

The gunfire killed 27-year-old Sildian Torres, who was traveling in her vehicle near 29th and Greenfield with her 7-year-old son and the boy's father in the car.

In an interview, King told investigators that he was "in the wrong and never should have been driving the vehicle."

Danielson was sentenced to 32 years in prison for Torres' death.
