30-year-old dead after I-41 crash

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 30-year-old man is dead after crashing on I-41 this morning, Saturday, June 8.
According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, a deputy found a small car that crashed into the guardrails near the Zoo Interchange around 4:00 a.m. this morning.
The deputy found the driver unconscious.
More first responders arrived and tried to save the man, but he was pronounced dead a half hour later.
A witness told deputies they saw the car driving at a high rate of speed before the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
