MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting that left a 17-year-old and a 39-year-old hospitalized Saturday night.

Police say the shooting happened shortly before 8 p.m. in the 4300 block of North 52nd Street.

The 17-year-old suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, while the 39-year-old suffered serious injuries. Both were taken to local hospitals for treatment.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation.

Police have not identified a suspect.
