FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say a 74-year-old man from Franklin is dead after being involved in a car crash on the evening of Sat., Nov. 2nd.
It happened at around 6:45 p.m., near Lovers Lane and Phyllis in Franklin.
Police say a 58-year-old man from Greenfield was arrested, and then taken to a hospital for minor injuries.
Authorities say charges for homicide by intoxicated of a vehicle will be forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office, as well as additional pending charges.
