CBS 58’s Theater Thursdays: ’Project Hail Mary’ and ’Tow’
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Joe Krauss from B93.3 joined us on Friday, Aug. 15 to talk about some of the family-friendly events happening in the Milwaukee area over the weekend.
Fleet Farm will host a free Touch-A-Truck event Saturday, Aug. 16 at participating locations including Muskego, Germantown, Oconomowoc and West Bend. Each store will feature community service vehicles such as police cars, fire trucks, school buses and garbage trucks, with opportunities for photos.
A La Carte at the Zoo runs Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., featuring music, food and entertainment from Milwaukee restaurants and performers on six stages throughout the zoo.
The Broadway production of Wicked continues at Uihlein Hall through Sunday, offering audiences a different look at the Land of Oz.
Center Street Daze Festival takes over Riverwest from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday with food, live music, lawn games and art cart races. Admission is free.
