MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Zoo will host A La Carte at the Zoo across four days in August, with extended hours and live music on multiple stages.

Headlining performances include Phillip Phillips, Los Lonely Boys and LOCASH. Attendees will also have access to a variety of local food vendors, with credit or debit cards required for all food and drink purchases.

The event runs Thursday through Sunday, beginning Thursday, Aug. 14. Zoo hours are 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Headliners perform at 7 p.m. on the Miller Lite Caribou Stage.

All animal buildings will remain open but will close one hour before the end of each night’s event.

Admission is free for Zoo Pass and Platypus Circle members. Additional fees apply for food, rides and special attractions.
