Evening Update:
A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for Fond du Lac, Dodge, and Jefferson counties through noon Sunday. Locally dense fog is developing away from the lake. Additional counties may be added to the advisory overnight.

----------------------------------
The rain ended early this morning and all of southeast Wisconsin was treated with a few hours of sunshine! That plus southwest winds boosted temps into the 40s to low 50s.

Clouds are already filling back in with overcast skies and areas of fog expected to redevelop overnight into Sunday morning.

Plan on a cloudy day on Sunday, and you may have to dodge a few raindrops as well. Low pressure tracking into the Ohio Valley may be close enough to bring a little light rain to far southeast Wisconsin.

Temps remain above normal in the upper 30s to mid 40s Sunday through Tuesday, but an arctic cold front will move through on New Years Eve night, which will drop temps back into the 20s and 30s for the rest of the week and beyond.

The 8 to 14 day outlook shows below normal temps sticking around well into January.
