MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- New charges have been filed against two men accused in the homicide of 15-year-old Exziel Rivera and 18-year-old Nayah Vasquez on Christmas Day.

On Jan. 6, 18-year-old Quintarez Morris was charged with harboring or aiding a felon in connection to the murder near 37th and Scott.

Court records show he posted bond on Jan. 13 and was re-arrested Tuesday, Jan. 21. He's now also charged with two counts of first-degree reckless homicide as a party to a crime.

Eighteen-year-old Jeremiah Taylor (pictured on left) is also charged with two counts of first-degree reckless homicide as a party to a crime. He remains on the run.

According to a criminal complaint, the victims and two young men who survived the shooting had arranged to buy weed from a man who told them to park and wait in their car. While they were stopped in their Kia, a black Malibu came across the intersection, and a man leaned out and started shooting.

Prosecutors say the Malibu was driven by Morris, who approached the intersection at a high rate of speed but slowed almost to a stop during the time that the shooter fired at the Kia.

The shooter was identified from a photo line-up by a witness as Jeremiah Taylor.

Surveillance video footage captured the Malibu, which was later found burnt in Dineen Park.

The complaint says another individual drove the Malibu to Dineen Park following the shooting, while Morris followed in a Jeep. It alleges that individual, along with the shooter, set the Malibu on fire before Morris drove the three of them away from the park in the Jeep.

Anyone with information on Taylor's whereabouts is asked to contact Milwaukee police at 414-935-7360, or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 414-224-TIPS.
