MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are asking the man accused of abducting a 2-year-old to drop her off at a safe place and requesting that the public continue getting the word out on social media.

Noelani Robinson is believed to be with 34-year-old Dariaz Higgins. Higgins has been charged with the death of the girl's mother, Sierra Robinson. Sierra Robinson was killed in a shooting Monday afternoon near 91st and Mill. Another woman was also shot and taken to the hospital.

"Sierra was a lovely, kind lady. She always saw the good in people," said Shapayl Parker.

Parker shared today that her 28-year-old sister who was the other victim in the 91st and Mill Rd shooting is fighting for her life in the hospital. Parker believe she will pull through, and says she is alert.

"She was young. My sister and her did not deserve this," said Parker.

Parker says she met Higgins once. He went to her son's birthday party in February. Her family has found the ordeal especially hurtful, knowing that he ate dinner at their table and then shot their family member a month later.
Parker said her most important message was this, for Higgins:

"I'm asking you personally if you have any kind of decency left in you, please bring this baby back home safe."

In a press conference Tuesday evening, Milwaukee Police asked the public to continue sharing the photos of Noelani and Higgins, hoping that someone will recognize them and they will be able to bring the child home safely. They also asked Higgins to drop the little girl off someplace safe like a family member's house, fire station, or a hospital.

Higgins is considered to be armed and dangerous and his whereabouts are unknown. If you have any information, please call 911 or 414-935-7022.
