MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Amilinda restaurant will serve a Hanukkah menu Dec. 17 through 20 inspired by Jewish traditions from Portugal and Spain.
Chef Gregory León of Amilinda joined us Friday, Dec. 12 to discuss the menu and the importance of celebrating his Jewish heritage through cuisine. The menu features traditional dishes including chicken sofrito, lamb shanks and roasted eggplant.
León creates the Hanukkah menu each year to celebrate Jewish flavors through Iberian traditions. Reservations are required and can be made on OpenTable.
