DODGE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An Arkansas man charged in an Amber Alert case out of Beaver Dam earlier this year appeared in court Tuesday, July 15. 

Gary Day is accused of abducting a pregnant 16-year-old girl on Feb. 3. She was five months pregnant at the time and the 40-year-old is allegedly the father. 

Court documents show they met online, and allege Day knew the girl was underage from the start. 

Day was arrested with the girl in Nebraska, before being turned over to authorities in Dodge County. 

At his arraignment hearing, Day pleaded not guilty to all counts. 

A scheduling conference is set for Oct. 7.
