OAK CREEK, Wis (CBS58) -- Oak Creek police were called to an alleged "brawl" that broke out at Route 41 Bar and Grill Sunday night during a charity poker event. Turns out, it wasn't much of a brawl at all. The bar says the incident was blown way of out proportion.

In the parking lot of Route 41 Bar and Grill, Oak Creek police were called for a report that 60 people were involved in a fight.

CBS 58 obtained surveillance video from a nearby business. You can see the massive police presence, ambulance and Oak Creek Fire Department all responded.

According to the press release, the Oak Creek Police Department immediately called for assistance from the City of Franklin Police Department. Oak Creek police say it was three or four people who got into a fight and everyone else was trying to break it up.

The bar addressed the issue on Facebook:

A 23-year-old man was sent to the hospital due to high intoxication levels.

Employees at the bar say no one involved in the fight was served alcohol by Route 41.

Two 32-year-old men were confirmed to be minorly injured. The were looked at and treated at the scene as they refused to go to the hospital.

Oak Creek police say no arrests were made and no one is pursuing charges.
