FOX POINT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Charges have been filed in a case we first told you about in November. 

Two workers at the Nurturing Nook, a day care facility in Fox Point, are charged with 16 counts of physical abuse of a child by a child care provider.

According to the criminal complaint, Jakya and Jilnya Chandler are responsible for the abuse of several children under their care. 

Security camera footage allegedly shows the women hitting the kids, pinching their ears and swearing at them.

Warrants for arrest are currently out for both women.
