LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- We last saw the Florida Panthers celebrating another NHL championship with the Stanley Cup.
The team's general manager Bill Zito grew up in Whitefish Bay, went to University School, and attended law school at the University of Wisconsin.
He's being honored this weekend at the Grand Geneva Resort at the National Italian Invitational Golf Tournament.
"It's 60 years old," Bill Zito says. "And the breath and the scope of the impact of this event is so significant. Frank Sinatra. Joe DiMaggio. You name an impactful Italian American. And they've been honored here. And so, it's with great humility."
