Art collective gives century-old Milwaukee electrical building a second life

(MILWAUKEE) - In the world of art, be it visual or performance there is strength in numbers, which explains why a growing number of art collectives are popping up including one on Milwaukee's north side where a more than century-old former electrical substation is the perfect canvas for creating and collaborating.
