Brewers announce 2027 regular season schedule

CBS 58

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — The Milwaukee Brewers have announced their 2027 regular season schedule, with Opening Day set for Thursday, March 25, against the Los Angeles Angels at American Family Field.

The matchup marks the sixth time the Brewers have opened a season against the Angels and the first since 1996, when the two teams met in Anaheim while the franchise was still known as the California Angels. It also continues a unique piece of Brewers history, as the franchise's first game as the Seattle Pilots came against the Angels on Opening Day in 1969, while the first game played as the Milwaukee Brewers was Opening Day 1970 against the Angels at County Stadium.

March 25, 2027, will become the earliest Opening Day in franchise history, surpassing the previous mark of March 26, 2026.

Following the opening series against the Angels, the Brewers will remain at American Family Field to host the Atlanta Braves from March 29-31 before heading on their first road trip of the season to face the Chicago White Sox and Toronto Blue Jays.

Interleague home opponents in 2027 include the Angels, Royals, Twins, Tigers, Athletics, Astros, Red Sox and Orioles. On the road, Milwaukee will visit the White Sox, Blue Jays, Yankees, Rays, Guardians, Mariners, Twins and Rangers.

The Brewers' longest road trip of the season will span 10 games from July 2-11 against the Reds, Nationals and Guardians leading into the All-Star break. Their longest homestand will come immediately after the break, when they'll host the Twins, Tigers and Marlins for 10 games.

Milwaukee is also scheduled to play at home on Memorial Day, when it hosts the Los Angeles Dodgers on May 31, and on Labor Day, when it welcomes the Chicago Cubs on Sept. 6.
