Brewers fever inspires new Milwaukee mural ahead of World Series
CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Brewers fever is spreading across the Milwaukee area, and local artists are getting in on the excitement ahead of the World Series.
At Major Goolsby's Sports Bar in downtown Milwaukee, a new Brewers-themed mural is giving fans another way to celebrate the team's postseason run.
The mural features several Brewers stars, including Jacob Misiorowski and Christian Yelich, along with one of the defining moments of Milwaukee's playoff run.
Artistically recreated on the wall is Garrett Mitchell's catch in Game 4 of the National League Division Series against the San Diego Padres, when Mitchell robbed Manny Machado of a home run.
The artwork comes as excitement continues to build across the city for Milwaukee's first World Series appearance since 1982.
Major Goolsby's is encouraging fans to stop by and take pictures with the mural this weekend as the Brewers host the Tampa Bay Rays in Games 1 and 2 of the 2026 World Series at American Family Field.
