MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The gates opened early for the Milwaukee Brewers Home Opener at American Family Field Monday, April 3. Fans poured into the lots excited to start tailgating.
The Brewers will take on the New York Mets, with the first pitch set for 1:10 p.m.
With mild temperatures in the 50s, excited fans flocked inside the gates and fired up their grills.
Ahead of the first pitch, Racine native -- 14-year-old Liamani Segura -- sang the national anthem.
Then, a flyover featuring the World Famous B-1 Bomber out of South Dakota's Ellsworth Air Force base.
The ceremonial first pitch for the 2023 Home Opener was courtesy of the Space Force Chief Master Sergeant, Roger Towberman.
