Brewers pitcher Brent Suter out for the season

MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Brewers have suffered another blow to their starting rotation after left-hander Brent Suter tore his UCL-ligament Sunday against the Dodgers.

Suter requires Tommy John surgery to fix the torn ligament in his throwing-arm that will officially end his 2018 season.

Suter left after the third inning of Sunday’s game against Los Angeles after complaining about pain in his forearm.

The Brewers have recalled right-handed pitcher Jorge Lopez from the Triple-A Colorado Springs Sky Sox.
