Brewers unveil new community mural on city's south side in celebration of Latin culture

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new mural now decorates the side of Paleteria Yayo, a Mexican-style ice cream and popsicle shop at 17th and Lincoln.
It's part of the Milwaukee Brewers' community mural project across the state.
The new south side piece is titled "South Side en la Hora Magica" and features a paletero pushing a cart, selling frozen treats to kids, with American Family Field in the distance.
The Brewers say it's meant to be a celebration of Latin culture, the "strength and vibrancy of the local community," and Milwaukee's spirit and connection to the team.
Artists Aisha Valentin and Whitney Salgado created the mural in partnership with Luna Creative Collaborations.
