MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man whose brother was shot and killed at a bar this past December is taking action against gun violence in Milwaukee.
The initiative is called "I Will Not Die to Gun Violence." A ten-week program for adults and young people involved in gun related cases. The goal is to make them re-evaluate their lives and rehabilitate those who are on dangerous path.
"Our intention is to reduce gun violence in Milwaukee and to save lives," said Mabra.
Monte Mabra is leading this program, because on December 15th, his brother, Latroy Harris, was murdered at Dee's Elegance Bar.
Antonio D. Brown has been charged with the murder but since he's on the run, Attorney Michael Hupy, has put up a $25,000 reward to anyone who submits a tip to Milwaukee Crime Stoppers that leads to his arrest.
