Washington County Golf Course opens new clubhouse addition with indoor simulators
Washington County Golf Course WASHINGTON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) — Washington County Golf Course celebrated the grand opening of a new clubhouse addition Tuesday, expanding the facility with indoor golf simulators and space designed for year-round use.
The new two-level, 5,392-square-foot addition includes two indoor golf simulators, a viewing area, multipurpose room, expanded clubhouse space and a dedicated equipment repair room.

The addition also overlooks the Kettle Moraine landscape and Holy Hill.
"This is such an exciting way to enter the next quarter century at our Washington County Golf Course," Washington County Executive Josh Schoemann said. "The course is a true gem for the people of Washington County and one of the things that contributes to our authentic quality of life."
County officials said the indoor simulators will allow golfers to practice and play throughout the year, regardless of weather.
The project was funded through a combination of golf course funds, debt supported by golf revenue, community donations and the inaugural grant from the Washington County Golf, Parks and Trails Endowment Fund. The county said the facility also has a fully funded maintenance plan.

Plunkett Raysich Architects designed the addition, MSA Professional Services provided engineering work and Elite Builds handled construction.
Washington County also credited Titleist, county officials, the Golf, Parks and Trails Endowment Fund and several local donors for supporting the project.
