Missing Brown Co. man's vehicle found abandoned in Ozaukee County, officials seek public's help
Brown County Sheriff\'s Office BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Brown County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's help in locating a missing and endangered person.
Officials say 37-year-old Benjamin Berendsen was last seen around 7:30 p.m. Nov. 26. His vehicle was found abandoned on I-43 in the Town of Belgium in Ozaukee County on Nov. 29.
Benjamin is described as a white male, 6'3", weighing about 165 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. Benjamin has a tattoo sleeve on his left arm including a St. Louis Cardinals tattoo on his left shoulder and other tattoos down to his wrist.
The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office says a search of Benjamin's vehicle was conducted along with several searches of the immediate area including a K-9 search, drone search, searches by foot and a canvass of the residences in the area.
