Calling for a rainy start to May

It's been a cool and somewhat dry April for Milwaukee. Even though we've had some good rain events the last week, not much for a direct hit to the city itself. 

 Here we are on the last day of April and we sit over an inch below on precipitation. But, we do have rain on the way! Rain drops are possible this evening, but the soaking rain arrives after midnight. After a drier than normal April, we'll start off May on a soggy note. The potential for a solid inch of rain is possible. We don't anticipate strong storms, but rather, a cool clammy day with a northeast wind and highs below normal in the lower 50s.
