Capitol Connection: State superintendent race narrows

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A hotly contested race for Wisconsin's state superintendent is only heating up after this week's February primary. 

Incumbent Jill Underly and school-choice advocate Brittany Kinser were within a few thousand votes of each other on Tuesday.
