Oak Creek home invasion: 3 subjects shown on surveillance camera as officers get kids out safely

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Oak Creek Police say there were no injuries after three unidentified subjects forced themselves into a home Saturday night. 

Police responded to 911 calls of a home break-in in the 7200 block of S. 27th St., at around 9:44 p.m.

The caller reported that they were watching their home getting broken into on surveillance cameras with two children in the house with them.

Upon arrival officers created a plan to secure the scene and were able to safely get the children out of the home. 

The children were unharmed and were reunited with their parents. 

Officers cleared the residence and made sure nobody else was inside. 

Prior to clearing the home, officers say they viewed the residence's interior surveillance footage which showed 3 unidentified subjects force entry into the residence. 

Police have not made any arrests. The investigation remains ongoing.
