MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Serious charges have been dismissed against a Milwaukee teenager.
Jesus Cardenas-Torres, 16, was previously accused of causing a crash that killed 22-year-old Cristian Marilyn Hernandez who was the passenger of an Uber vehicle. The crash happened near S. 21st Street and W. Orchard Avenue on March 22.
On Thursday, the case was dismissed on a motion from the prosecution.
