Cat Power announces Milwaukee performance, honoring legendary Bob Dylan concert

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Singer-songwriter Cat Power, known offstage as Chan Marshall, is gearing up for a concert at Milwaukee's Pabst Theater. She will deliver a full performance of her latest album, "Cat Power Sings Dylan: The 1966 Royal Albert Hall Concert."

The performance is scheduled for Saturday, March 2, with doors opening at 7:00 p.m. and the show beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Marshall's performance aims to recreate Bob Dylan's renowned 1966 Royal Albert Hall concert. Her rendition aims to mirror Dylan's set, both in the selection of songs and their sequence, offering fans a journey through Dylan's show.

The concert's track list will feature a lineup of classics, including "She Belongs to Me," "Fourth Time Around," and "Visions of Johanna." Also slated for performance are "It’s All Over Now, Baby Blue," "Desolation Row," and "Just Like a Woman," "Mr. Tambourine Man," "Tell Me, Momma," and "I Don’t Believe You (She Acts Like We Never Have Met)." Rounding out the list are "Baby, Let Me Follow You Down," "Just Like Tom Thumb’s Blues," "Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat," "One Too Many Mornings," "Ballad of a Thin Man" and "Like a Rolling Stone."
