CBS 58's Alex Corradetti and Frankie Jupiter win Salvation Army bell ringing challenge for second straight year

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- To those in Milwaukee who filled the red kettle or donated online: thank you!

CBS 58 Morning News anchors Alex Corradetti and Frankie Jupiter won the 2025 Salvation Army Celebrity Bell Ringing Challenge and set a new record for the highest amount raised by a group in the 11-year history of the competition.

Alex and Frankie raised $3,066.07 through red kettle, online and tap donations, according to the Salvation Army of Milwaukee County. This marks the second consecutive win for the CBS 58 team.

The competition featured groups from local media outlets raising money for the Salvation Army. The top five finishers were CBS 58, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporters ($635.01), Spectrum News 1 Wisconsin ($335), WISN 12 ($285.92) and Santa Claus ($149.48).

All participants collectively raised $5,244.55 for Salvation Army programs and services in Milwaukee County.

A traveling trophy is headed to Alex and Frankie, along with special recognition at the 2026 Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon.
