Another chance for patchy frost as 2024 stays mild
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Joe Krauss from B93.3 joined us on Friday, Aug. 9 to preview several key events happening in Milwaukee this weekend.
Sunday, Aug. 11 at 1 p.m., the Brewers face the Reds at American Family Field, with a Sesame Street-themed day featuring a Bert & Ernie bobblehead for special ticket holders and themed drinks.
Menomonee Falls hosts the Falls Kids Festival on Saturday, Aug. 10 from noon to 5 p.m., with free activities and live performances.
Saturday’s Milwaukee Dragon Boat Festival runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Lakeshore State Park, offering free dragon boat races and cultural performances.
The Morning Glory Art Fair continues through Sunday in the Deer District, showcasing over 130 artists.
Black Arts Fest MKE takes place Saturday at Henry Maier Festival Park, highlighting African American culture with music, dance and a market.
Other events include Milwaukee Day at the East Troy Railroad Museum on Saturday and the ongoing Ozaukee County Fair through Sunday in Cedarburg.
