MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- There's more fun to be had in Milwaukee than just watching the big game, and to take a peek at what's available, Joe Krauss from B93.3 FM joined us on Friday, Feb. 7 to take a look at the event calendar.
Community Family Night at Rite-Hite YMCA is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 from 6-8 p.m. at N. Green Bay Road in Brown Deer. The free event offers arts and crafts, basketball, fitness classes and swimming. Pre-registration is encouraged.
Winter Break Milwaukee will take place Saturday, Feb. 8 from noon to 4 p.m. at Bradford Beach. The free festival includes winter sports activities, dog sled demonstrations, and bonfires with s’mores.
Flannelpalooza is set for Saturday rom 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Wauwatosa. The event will feature axe throwing, chainsaw carving, ice carving and a beard contest.
Potawatomi Casino will host a Super Bowl watch party Sunday, Feb. 9, from 1-8 p.m. The $40 event includes an all-you-can-eat buffet and a three-drink wristband, along with lux seating and high-def and projector screens to enjoy the big game on.
