MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The upcoming weekend has fun activities that are family-friendly, and in one case, even pet friendly. Joe Krauss from B93.3 FM provided a preview on Friday, Feb. 2.
Family Day at Up-Down Milwaukee invites families to a day of retro gaming and fun on Sunday, allowing visitors to dive into nostalgia with 60 arcade games from the ‘80s and ‘90s, pinball machines, skee-ball alleys and even Nintendo 64 console gaming. Admission is free, and the venue, which opens its doors from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., welcomes all ages, though minors must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
Pet Expo MKE will be held at the Wisconsin Expo Center on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The expo is designed for pet owners and animal lovers alike, and features shopping, live entertainment and educational activities. Those who attend will have the opportunity to meet and learn about adopting Wisconsin’s animals in need. The event supports local rescues, shelters and sanctuaries, with all proceeds going towards helping animals across the state.
