The Waukesha Janboree, running through Sunday, Jan. 26, celebrates its 40th year with ice sculpting, lumberjack shows, a Frosty 5K and planetarium shows.
West Allis Winter Week continues through Jan. 25, featuring scavenger hunts, a soup crawl and a Taylor Swift-themed party.
West Bend’s Winter Warm-Up runs through Sunday, Jan. 19 with ice sculptures along the Riverwalk, a live ice sculpting demo on Saturday at 11 a.m. and festive drinks from local businesses.
The UWM Planetarium will host a free open house Saturday, Jan. 18 from 1 to 3 p.m., offering cake and live stargazing shows every half hour.
The Milwaukee Bucks host the Toronto Raptors on Friday, Jan. 17 and they are encouraging fans to bring winter clothing donations for local charities during a coat drive at the Deer District Plaza.
