MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Friday night, Feb. 27, is about celebrating black excellence!
Milwaukee celebrated several influential people of color in the community, including CBS 58's Frankie Jupiter and Darius Joshua!
Big congrats to both of them!
The Black Excellence Awards was introduced more than 40 years ago; they gave scholarships to area seniors and uplifted influential voices in the Milwaukee community.
A community coming together to recognize excellence in our community - that's one good thing.
